Perseverance Fitness offers a wide variety of training styles with a fully certified CFES Personal Trainer and Certified Pre and Post Natal Fitness Specialist. Personal Training and Small Group Personal Training gives you various options, whether you want to focus on Weight Room, Strength, Kick Boxing, Pilates, Cardio, Core, flexibilty, balance, etc. It is your workout therefore it is your choice and from there we will put together a program based on your needs. Perseverance Fitness also offers TRX Suspension Training. Online classes are also now available!


Booty Camp Classes

A ladies only, unique and fun four week program that tones and targets women's troublesome areas-- using your own body weight, bands, bosu and weights. A different workout everyday and measurements to keep you on track with your goals. Beginner to advanced classes.

 

Mom & Baby Classes 

A low impact workout using your own body weight, great for beginner to moderate clients. Great for strengthening core, back, abs and obliques as well as rehabilitating an injury.

 

Personal Training

Want to take your Health and Fitness to the next level? With Personal Training you can do just that. We are currently offering 30 minute Private Personal Training sessions at the Studio for only $30.00. Each session will be tailored towards your specific goals. Beginner to Advance. Pre or Post Natal welcome. I promise you will be sweating well before you leave... You may bring a guest for an additional  $10.00. For more details please contact us.

Yoga for children provides a safe and nurturing environment for the development of mind, body and spirit through creative games, stories, songs, colouring and yoga poses. Parent participation is required.
